MAXIMIZE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM
Spartan Claim Resources Director of Operations met with Ryan of Channel 8 News to discuss the smoke, soot, and ash damage to the local businesses of the University Gardens Fire. This fire is leaving a dozen businesses with damage to their business location and inventory causing them to have to relocate and suffer losses of income. We are assisting several of the businesses in hope of getting them a fair settlement to restart their businesses and their lives.
The average claim that previously took 2 months to process is now extending to over 6 months, even for smaller claims. Insurance companies profit from the interest accrued on the premiums they collect and from the funds they withhold from claimants. This is the reason behind their tendency to Deny, Delay, and Defend claims, rather than settling them fairly and promptly, as mandated by Nevada law and the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act (UCSPA).
A famous veteran once said.
"It's the sense of duty that keeps you going sometimes when things get very, very rough. Somebody's got to do it. And if you don't, who will? "
and
"The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it."
This sums up why we do what we do.
This shows how you need to beware and be aware of predatory companies. Judi signed with a company that charged 30% and did not even handle her claim. Their actions then caused her claim to be overly scrutinized and then denied for 6 months.
Judi's contractor recommended our services. We documented the claim and fought with her insurance company for months. Our assistance and documentation were used to get her claim covered. She received a settlement for more than she was expecting. This is why it pays to not only hire a public adjuster but to also hire the correct team.
We are trained in mitigation, abatement, structural damage estimating, water losses, fire losses, vandalism/theft claims, insurance appraisal process, loss of income/business interruption, vehicle total loss valuations, Additional Living Expenses, personal articles policy losses, and weather losses.
As a former large loss and catastrophe adjuster for an insurance carrier, our Director of Operations and public adjusting team is trained to know the processes of the insurance carriers. We are familiar with the local insurance adjusters, contractors, vendors, and municipalities needed to successfully handle your claim. We are familiar with the processes, procedures, and contacts within the carriers and the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) they must follow. We know when to work with the carrier claim handlers and when we need to push beyond them to get the necessary results.
